PRESENT: Rebecca Hemeryck, Martina O’Shea, Richard Mathews and Connie Carolan.

Minutes: The September minutes, which had been circulated were proposed for adoption by Richard Matthews and seconded by Rebecca Hemeryck.
Correspondence: A list of correspondence was circulated and discussed.
President’s Report: The President gave her report on activities since the last meeting. She had attended monthly meetings of NPCpp and also attended the AGM of The Donahies and St. Tiernan’s Community School, Feilte which was held in Limerick and the Conference of FCSSPA in Colaiste Ris, Naas.
NPCpp had held its Conference in the Liffey Valley Hotel. She had attended this as well as the AGM on the previous evening.
Martina O’Shea had also attended NPCpp AGM and Conference and the Policy Forum.
Finance: All outstanding payments have been made and a list of affiliated schools has been received from NPCpp. Expenses will be paid in line with those paid by NPCpp.
Conference 2019: The 2019 Conference was discussed and it was felt that a half day Conference would be more suitable for parents. The details are still being worked on as is the theme. All members are requested to submit suggestions.
The following suggestions have been put forward: – Speakers – Wellbeing and Inside Matters plus one other. This would be followed by questions and Open Forum.
The proposed date is 6th April, 2019 and the Venue is Dublin.
